Even though warehousing is our core competence, we operate a modern fleet of 40-tonne semi-trailer trucks (EURO 6) for shuttle transport to our customers’ plants.
Our truck drivers are ADR-trained and speak German.
Our trailers all have the DIN EN 12642 load safety certificate (beverage certificate / Code-XL). In addition to the thirteen tractor units, our fleet consists of walking-floor (conveyor belt) trailers, tarpaulin trailers and thermo trailers.
Since the mid-1990s, we have been developing the warehouse management software CASSIS together with our partner JOTA Warehouse IT Solutions .
This operates on the stable ORACLE database software and has enabled secure, uninterrupted operation for our customers for over 15 years (availability > 99.99%).
All administrative warehouse functions are mapped with the help of Cassis:
All physical stock movements are managed and controlled via CASSIS:
We have implemented various IT interfaces for the smooth transfer of order data between our warehouse management system and the customer’s ERP system (usually SAP iDocs).
The management of hazardous substances in the warehouse is also controlled via CASSIS. In particular, this includes location-based storage control and the hazardous substance register. All relevant data is stored in the master data. The use of RFID is also implemented in the software and in the warehouse.
